2003 Infinity I35 power seat not moving back&forth 

At 0:15 theres a small metal box with screws pointing out on the front left and you take the handle of a screw driver and tap on it.

Thank you very much. This was the information I needed. Same problem - gear stripped and I could not figure out how to move the seat forward to unbolt it.
