Man. I so much appreciate simple, get to the point videos like this! Thanks for not wasting 6 minutes of our lives on pointless chatter, and getting right into the content. Cheers!
I've had my 2008 sienna for 6 months. Had an oil change and some work done. Sitting here in a line waiting and decided to see if I could find a video to help and like magic this video came up. Thanks for the help.
My independent mechanic just changed the oil, and I found your video on how to reset the Maintenance Light. Perfect!! Now the dealership will not hold me for 2.5 hours for a 20-minute oil change again!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! My maintenance light has been on for months. I watched a different video and tried it with no luck. With your video I got it the first time. The light is finally off! I have a 2006 Toyota Sienna. Mine did not have the dashes counting down though. It just showed a bunch of zeros then reset. Turns out my dash lights are worked by the same button. Now I finally have dash lights too. Bonus! I am so happy. Thank you.
Thank you very much, your video helped me a lot, I had seen more videos but none explained how you did, the light of my Toyota went out. Thank you again. I leave you my like!
Thanks man. First time to my channel I’m gonna go ahead and subscribe because you made that pretty simple turn in the maintenance light off in this van. It’s not what you know its who you know that knows what you need to know and I appreciate it brother
Thank You Sir. The local mechanic gave up. He said to have the ODO set to trip. He didn't have time to continue. That I could do it myself." Pay me $20." Should have looked here first :( I've subscribed.
Thanks so much! Another video didn't describe the dashes countdown and didn't say that you had to hold the odometer button until the maintenance light goes off, thus it didn't work.
Good deal. The maint reqd light came on, yet per Take 5 Oil Change, the oil I bought has 3k more miles, or a total of 6k. The maint reqd light comes on every 4k miles.
Thank you . I appreciate that you took time to make a video like this. .I also do my oil change in my time but here in my state if any maintenance required or check engine lights are on you cannot pass the emissions. Something as simple as this I needed a quick fix and not be charged $100 from a mechanic to clear it for me I have been told once before it's cost $100 to have them so-called hook their computer up to and reset my computer. Which I knew is a bunch of hogw can do odometer again for the video my maintenance required light is off promptly within seconds *THANK YOU*👍👍👍😊😊😊
mmalands Allen You’re very welcome! This is exactly why I created this channel. To help people like you who doesn’t need to go and get over charged for simple things that can be done at home for free. Thanks again.
Thank you! This was clear & concise. Saved me going back to Meineke who changed the oil, cleared out my A & B trip odometers, but left the maintenance light on 🤷♀️
