2004 Ford F150 FX-4 Review (in 1/18 scale by The Beanstalk Group)

I'm not a truck guy but I do like some Chevy's and Fords (more pick-up reviews coming btw). This F150 by The Beanstalk Group looked quite good and I got it for a decent price so I bit. I have to say that I was quite surprised with the quality, and on this review I delve into every corner of this one.

(A todo esto, por si ya lo has notado, mis comentarios van en español. Si los anglo parlantes desean saber qué escribimos, que usen google translator He he ). Este modelo lo he visto una sola vez acá en Chile, y fue para una exposición que hubo en Junio 2022. Es un diecast de grandes proporciones, full apertura y detalles buenos. Al ver el chassis del diecast, se notan que hubo preocupación, por parte del fabricante, en darle exactitud casi fotográfica a la camioneta, es cosa de ver la simulación de cables, el sistema de suspensión -genial como se las ingeniaron para dejarlo funcional). Tus descripciones son precisas en cuanto las observaciones de la falta de tapizado de asientos o alfombrado en el piso de la cabina. Me gusta eso que no tenga "patas de perro" en el sistema de apertura de puertas, sino que unas bisagras muy bien ocultas... asi el diecast no pierde su carácter de ser lo mas parecido posible al modelo real. Muy buena grabación, en donde se aprecian detalles milimétricos. Muchas gracias por compartirlo!!!

Jajaja si!! El traductor es bastante bueno de español a inglés y vice versa! La historia de esta compañía es super interesante. Ellos contactaron directamente a Ford para los permisos de ciertos carros conceptos y esta camioneta. Hicieron excelente trabajo. Antes era fácil conseguirlas pero ahora los precios están subiendo. Definitivamente una joya en la colección. Gracias por comentar! 😊😊💪

What's the average price?

Right now,prices should be higher but the average a few years ago was from $40 to $70. Quality is quite good. I probably wouldn't pay too much but if you like it, go for it.

Lol. Pretty sure it isn't. I actually have a Fallout Nuka Cola 🚛 which is HUUUGE. Need to get a video of that one out!! Not even sure about it's condition since I've bought it a few years ago and have only looked at it once! Shame I know ...
