04 YZ250 wide ratio transmission build. I was having issues with 5th gear and wanted to build a wide ratio transmission with my engine rebuild. I pull the transmission and show you what and how to do the wide ratio swap. You can get the wide ratio gears, snap rings and washers from either a Yamaha dealer or Rocky Mountain ATV/MC like I did (prices have gone up since I purchased my wide ratio kit).
