My Father has a 2005 chevy Malibu 2.2 engine. His power steering light came on and he has no power steering. A Google search told me it had electric power steering but not much else. Is there a fluid reservoir somewhere on the engine and if so where is it located?

In my case the piece of metal is stuck in the camshaft hole. I drilled and put a screw to pull it out but does not work. Any suggestion that does not damage the camshaft?
