In this video I replace the intake hose on this 2005 Honda Accord. After realizing the intake hose was broken and had been coming apart I decided to replace it with a new one. The opening also allowed more air to get through which was giving the MAF sensor an inaccurate reading. In this video I show how to replace this intake hose step by step. Thanks for watching.

So I have a Question what happened to putting the spring back on.... U left that part out

It was tough but you can remove it with a flat head screwdriver. You have to find where the ends connect to each other like on a jewelry chain. The new filter should bring a new spring clamp. To connect it you should just wrap it around the intake hose and connect both ends and make sure it's in the correct position on the intake hose.

Hi there, Can you make a video of how to change the reverse light switch in Honda Accord 2003-2007 as I am having a lot of problem locating the switch? I believe it may be located below this air intake but i am not sure Thank you so much and keep up the good work.

What’s the problem you’re having if you don’t mind sharing? I keep seeing brake light switch but it’s hard to find where the location of the reverse light switch is.

@@automotiveobsession7265 My reverse light is not working. The bulbs are fine but there's no power on the wires. I've checked the fuse and it is all good. So as my next step in diagnosis, I wanted to check the switch as suggested by some videos online. They mention that the switch is near transmission underneath the air intake, but none of the videos have clearly shown how to actually take out the intake and find the switch. So, just wanted to know if you can help out. Thanks.

@@rearviewofworld I just posted a picture on the community tab with the location of the reverse light switch for the 2003-2005 Honda Accord. This was the best I could find after searching for a few days. Let me know if it helps.

Bro what the names hose in min 2.01, i accidentally break it. I wonder if that parts can make malfungtion or not. In short way, i just use plastic glue tu make still 1 piece. .

which one exactly? The thin hose in the center or the one I point my finger to on the left side?

After searching I could not find the exact size of the hose. It's just the OEM replacement hose. It's the exact same size as the Original intake hose.
