GTO was 4 secs faster per lap around Nelson Ledges road course. Haven't tried an official 1/4 mile with GTO. Riviera's best 1/4 mile ET was 13.9 secs. Guessing GTO would do 12.9-13.1.
cool, is your gto modded? on a different note, how accurate is that aeroforce scan gauge? because mine said I did 0-60mph in 3.67 second in my riv. ive gotten around 4 seconds multiple times according to the scan gauge. I need to take my riv to the drag strip before its too late I guess.
GTO has the basic bolt-ons, stock cam. I haven't used the aeroforce for 0-60 time, but it should be accurate. I use in-car video to calculate speed vs. time. Best time in my Riv is 5.79 so far. There's a guy on the rivperformance board with lots of mods claiming the same 0-60 as you and 12.43 1/4 mile ET.
yeah I saw that someone else on rivperformance.com had around the same 0-60 time. we are both running e85, I think that's what makes the difference. my 1/4 mile was 12.69 @109 but I haven't taken off the speed limiter so I hit that before the 1/4 mile was up. I should at least do a in car video like you said to double check that the times are accurate. idk why I don't just go to the drag strip though. it feels like a hassle since I've never gone before. o and by the way thanks for setting up that website, I've learned a lot from it. sorry im a bit lazy on it though I haven't set up a profile with all my mods etc.
You should go to the strip this spring (before it gets too hot). The compound they use on the track is sticky, so you'll see improved times just from that. Be sure your transmission is up to it - it will be tested!
