Did a great job man. Excellent camerawork. Thank you for not having an "intro" with jet plane volume. Just did this job. I watched your removal of the rear/inner spring and adjuster. Super helpful to see removing the adjuster from behind the shoes. I did exactly the reverse to install - caught the bottom spring, then clipped the upper inner spring, then put the shoes on the cylinder hooks. It was much easier. Keep the hold down springs off until both upper and lower springs are caught and you have the adjuster in place. Stay gold.

No problem. You're welcome. It can be intimidating at first, but once you do the job and have done it a few times it's not that bad.

Nice video. You mentioned that you was changing out the partially sized up wheel cylinders but never did so in this video. You said the customer was going to change the wheel bearing out on the passenger side in the near future and that you couldn't get the part in time for this video or was you talking actually talking about the wheel cylinders? if one did this rear brake shoes change with out changing out the partially sized up wheel cylinders would be troubling for the customer to say the least. Just saying... maybe I just misunderstood... surprised no one else has mentioned this in the comments. Maybe video two will show the partially sized up wheel cylinders being changed out with the passenger side wheel bearing.

What type of grease do you use?
@moosemobileautorepair

I use the Permatex synthetic green silicone caliper lube normally, but in some applications I use the orange stuff (ceramic silicone) which is sometimes used for high heat applications. But any typical brake caliper lubricant grease should be OK to use as long as it is suited for high heat applications.

Looks like Advanced Auto Parts has it for $5. Permatex PX Sil Cera Brk Lube. Thanks!
