Hi there! To remove the shroud/cover, you’ll need to apply pressure outwards on the high points of the shroud on either side of the shift knob’s button. When applying that outward pressure, push down simultaneously so the shroud will come loose. Ive seen people online discuss using a flathead to push outwards before pushing down, but be careful not to break the plastic!
