@@michalklx450 mine is quite old, it's from 2006 and the engine is a bit tired 😂 the top speed i reached is 190km/h but i was REALLY pushing it to the limit

These Alfas are classic. Had a 156 1.8 ts a decade ago now getting the 147 1.6 ts. Engines are really special they dont make them like this anymore.

It's not an sports car, but it's fun to drive and the sound and kick at around 4000 RPM is amazing. I prefer driving it at a more relaxed pace though. The same engine and year, 3 door version with 17'' three petal rims. Beautiful.

I had a 2002 1.6 TS back in the day but that had 120bhp. I didn't realise they made a 105bhp variant.

Had any problems with it? I'm thinking about getting one, it's pretty cheap, seems pretty fun to drive, don't think there's anything better for the price on used market here.

@@ilijapetrovic5002 - No, I never had any issues with it other than the well known rusty exhaust. I'm going back to the early/mid 00s though so all these years on, not sure if you'd get one as reliable. Perhaps if you can find a decent low mileage example it'd be worth a punt. It was a solid car. Ioved it.

Any typical problems with this Alfa model? Considering a 2003 147 2.0 with 150k. Too much mileage or do these run smooth for long?

So the engine is good for days but the suspension is quite bad in terms of rust and the underbody too. They built up rust behind the front wheel. And fuel economy is not great but still a great car

Watch out for timing belt, they tend to worn out fast, around 60000 km after its nearest change. Also Spark Plugs in certain versions tend to be fragile, due to major stress. They like to drink gasoline like a V6, even if they arent, they have a nice progression thou. Some of them have weak bushings. Apart from that, if you keep regular maintenance, it should be moderately reliable.

If you’re driving fast through a bend, and you’re driving a car for the first time, that way you can quickly check how much grip the car has on the road. It would not be good to just blindly enter the bend at a high speed, because FWD car will understeer, which is very bad in that case, because you can’t correct it anymore. So you can end up either in a ditch next to the road or in a vehicle from the opposite direction. This technique is used by rally drivers all the time. I use this technique when driving any car fast for the first time. Thanks for watching. Cheers
