You must meen the mopars they won 70 % of all races The hardest tim eww they had qas when they were put against each other and ill be damned....... they won 50%
Fastest mopars ran in the mid 10s the fastest vette which sounded and looked like an l-88 for those of you that dont know it was a highly modified version of the 427 chevy motor. It was the fastesr boe tie at 11.6??
@@taylorpinkney7253 Let me see that Mopar Run that L88 of Terry Penningtons low 9,s 137mph on stock tires. the Best I saw of the 69 Road Runner is like low 10,s Big difference at those speeds. By the way have not heard a peep from that Mopar Since that Vette is running low 9,s Pass after Pass
@@darrinjones5951 the reason why that l88 is running low 9s on stock tires because they are running with aftermarket cylinder heads and an aftermarket carburetor. Those are not factory cylinder heads and that carburetor set up is no where near factory. With out the aftermarket cylinder heads and that aftermarket carburetor setup that l88 would not be able to run any where near those times. By the way that mopar that you are talking about was the second car to break into the 9 second range. After Lane Carey's 71 Mac 1 Mustang running a 9.84 and the roadrunner running a 9.98. So what are you talking about? I watch their RU-vid channel all the time and I see a lot of aftermarket parts their are racing with that none of the other racers are racing with in this class sir please spare me with your bs. You don't even know what your talking about
@@taylorpinkney7253 The Mustang was Illegal it would not runs 9,s if shot from a Cannon with a 250 shot. You are right they Run in the F.A.S.T. Class. engine and Tran mods. But have to be stock appearing. Just saying the Big block Chevrolets are Dominating this class a Few Vettes in the 9,s big block Chevelle in the 9,s and a 69 Zl1 in the mid 9,s Have you taken a look at that Black L88 IT would be in the 8,s with slicks and that is through the Exhaust manifolds, which really kill Horsepower on the l88
