Hello, my 2006 Porsche cayenne has red calipers and I am trying to buy these pads of eBay and the guy told me this " If you have front 350mm / rear 330mm, this is the correct kit" do you think this would fit my vehicle?

Help! My porsche has been having break problems since I have not drove it in a year. It sat in my garage, probably got rusty but now when my car starts, it does not want to move due to the break pads being locked. The engine sounds good and it wants to run but there's something in the tires that have something to do with the brakes. I'm just tired I dont know Jack shit about Porsche and a mantanic might just over charge me. I would love if you could message me or facetime me so that I could show you the problem
