People forget that Grossman was balling for the first 6 games. BALLING. I remember at the halftime of one of the first 6 games that one of the nfl on fox said "how about grossman for an early mvp candidate?". I remember this clearly. The way Grossman's play collapsed is insane
if only they gave Rex protection and more weapons... I'm not saying he's a HoFamer - but very likely would have put the Bears' legacy of ineptitude at the QB position to rest.
@@davidjackson2690moose was old and dropped alot of balls. Berrian was out of the league a couple years later, des Clark was old, Bradley was hurt, and they didn't trust gage. What weapons. Plus they barely used shotgun. Something he was super comfortable. He ahd a defense and some running backs
