The instrument cluster lit up today after driving in pouring rain, I'll update the video once the issue is resolved, I am sure someone else will come searching for solution down the road as well for the same problem.
Gear selector position light "D" is blinking constantly, 1) VSA light and VSA activation light (triangle) came on first and then it started switching intermitantly between the aforementioned set of lights to 2) Brake indicator and ABS indicator.
