You are a master craftsman sir! Maybe in about two years Ill return to Cali and hit you up. Hopefully you're still making masterpieces by then...peace!!
I'm starting mine up tomorrow for the first time since 2008. I bought it new to build a custom in 2008. It has 300 original miles on it. Literally finally got it far enough along to start back up. Just gotta drop a battery in and see what's what. Cool bike.
Bro this is a baller bike! I just bought an 07 shadow aero and I want to turn it into something similar to this the only difference is I want there to be a seat for any potential lady that wants to ride with me.
Hell yeah another sick bobber! That exhaust looks mean. Getting close to throwing down the some feria. Never seen a bobber with air ride. Fvck yeah! Think that’s gunna save my back for sure! The color is awesome! Props👍🏾 I’m thinking about getting a fat boy or the breakout and having that converted to ur style bobber!
@@christer-c-knee8021 you can't flip the mirrors on the stock set up unless you drill through and bolt on. Or just order some new mirrors with clips and flip
Hey brother I love ur work ! Just wondering if those are the basic air suspension from dirty air suspension? Please can u do more videos on the road 🤙🏽❤️
Hey brother sweet ride I got a 06 Honda shadow aero. What kind of jets did you use? Thinking of doing an after market air filter kinda like the cone shape. And cutting the exhaust like u did. I watch the video already .. dang I think almost watched all of them lol. Love your work .. keep up the hard work and God bless!
Beautiful build, I’m currently doing my 2005 Aero and have a question about getting rid of the speedometer and if I have to do any rewiring for lights and turn signals to work or do they all still operate without the speedo ? Thanks appreciate any info ya got.
Removing the tank is definitely going to remove the speedometer. As far as the wiring goes it will not affect any of your signal switches as long as you do not remove the housing units from the handlebars. I have seen some digital speedometers that might work with the wiring setup. I haven't done it myself but I've been thinking about trying it
I'm new to all this I own a 1100 Shadow Aero and would love to do something similar just don't know we're to look or how much dose it cost to get my bike to look like that
Hey bro love your builds. I’m currently customizing a 04 Aero, thank you for showing us how to cut the exhaust. Did you need to rejet after or was that just for replacing the air clean? If so what jets did you use. Thank you 🙏🏽 for the inspiration!
Hey what's up bro. If your bike is running good and starts right up without choke then if you cut the pipes and add the air cleaner pod you're good to go. But if you're having issues starting it up on a cold start then I suggest to rejet it with a stage 3 and up jet kit. The cool thing is that it is single carb so it's pretty easy to do. My suggestion would be to get the carbs you can order them on eBay and just type in Honda Shadow Aero 750 jet kit
Awesome bike bro! This is my inspiration for my current build. Im wondering how you mounted the seat bro? Hope to hear back from you, keep up the badass work🤘
Thanks. The seat need a bracket that goes from frame side to frame side. You can weld but then remaval is a pain. I bolted and it's easier to remove if needed. Then add two bolts for springs to lock on to. Make sure you keep the springs taught so the seat doesn't move from side to side. Front part of seat needs a new hole that is drilled and set with a 1/4 in bolt or bigger and a lock nut. Add washer. This should do the trick but remember, your height and length of your legs and adjust accordingly. Good luck and have fun!
What up dude! Love your bikes. This exhaust will fit on a VLX 600? Not a bike guy, just got inspire on your vids and now i got this idea on doing a Bobber with a VLX. Thanks and God bless you bro
Badass bike brother! Im building my aero as we speak! Just ordered my 12” lane splitter bars. By chance do you happen to know what length of extended cables you used for brake. Clutch. And throttle?
thanks bro you can go on eBay and type in Honda Shadow 750 clutch cable + 6 and pull throttle cable + 6 and then if you still need a brake cable you might want to get at least a 48 inch or more
I know you say the tank it’s a Frisco tank from eBay but I can’t find nothing that fits my 05 aero! Do you customize them once you buy it to make it fit or is it a straight fit ? If so what do you do to make it fit so nice I seen other videos but nothing that fits flush like yours! Please help! Super dope bikes you build too btw🙌🏽
@@maestroscustomsgregorygara7624 hell yeah man thanks a lot for the reply!! Just got my aero and I seen you building bobbers I hit the subscribe button real quick ! Hope to learn more from your builds.
Nice ride brother, Admiring your art work ...👍🏽that’s 1 cool canvas , question ever try to fit a Harley fork on a Honda I know some shocks will fit ? Also I was looking to slam my Honda n saw a Burly HD 10.5 inch shock I wanted to use .. any thoughts .? I want to get her as low as possible ..right now I have the time here in East coast..between doin food runs for older family n neighbors , Hope y’all are safe n well on West coast , WCR
Thanks bro. I think adding an air ride system to your bike would be the best bet to keep it as low as possible and still comfortable to ride. As far as Harley shocks being interchangeable, I've never tried that. But I feel you I do have the time to work on some different bikes as well. So far we're safe here and I hope you continue to stay healthy thanks bro
Maestros Customs Gregory Garay Thanks , will def look into it, btw I went to school with a College Quarterback transfer from Virginia Tech named Carlos Garay , him and Wayne Chrebet ( NY Jets) any relation ....? Lol small world never know also ...heard u say something bout air bags ...is it complicated ? Do You have any build videos...thanks again brother..hard to believe I was just at Disney Star Wars Galaxy edge opening in Cali with my lil girls and my sister ( lives in LA) family just last June ..and now it’s closed ... SMH ...crazy times brother..stay safe n thanks again Keep video going - I’m a subscriber...,!
@@williamramos5009 hey thanks bro and yes things are so crazy right now. No relation to Carlos Garay that I know of. And check out eBay for air ride shocks for Honda Shadow 750.
Yes it can be done but it needs a smaller shock than the one on the 750 and that smaller shock cost way more than the one on the 750 I'm thinking $1,000 shock
@@maestroscustomsgregorygara7624 thanks bro. I'm looking at those Monroe Ma 785 that a lot of people use for my 750 Shadow and 1500 Kawasaki. The ones you threw on there look fatter, better. Maybe it's just me, lol. Thanks again.
@@maestroscustomsgregorygara7624 bet thanks brother for the reply I’m goin to start building my shadow as well and loved you’re work will that tank bolt on??
@@josecaudillocaudillo9036 yes it will bolt on but you have to make new holes in the frame both top and bottom. I believe tj brutal makes s tank for the aero
@@maestroscustomsgregorygara7624 i imagine you made alot. In terms of the pump, hoses, and fittings even the shocks you used, were all custom assembled? Do you think u could do a vid? I'm eager to do this to my bike. Is it an easy diy?
@@simongarcia8474 no I don't have any videos for rejetting but it is fairly simple.all you need to do is disconnect the carburetor from the carburetor boot. This will give you enough wiggle room to remove the four bolts that connect the bowl. Once the bowl comes off just be careful of not ripping the rubber gasket. Now you will see two jet's one Main jet and one pilot jet. Remove those with a screwdriver being careful not to strip it. Now you replace your new Jets which can be a stage 2 or whatever you think is best. Put everything back together and you're good to go. Hope that helps
@@unaffiliatedfyrt so you can go with the 300 option but I had to drill new holes in the frame and grind down the shock holes thinner. So if you found a shock that is smaller then you wouldn't have to drill new holes. It's all up to you.
So I think I'm going to purchase this 1997 Honda shadow vt100c2-2 1100cc American classic.. I didn't see any videos on this specific type of bike..just wondering would it be hard to make it into a bobber?
@@paulperez8771 I've never done the Honda Shadow 1100 but if there is a will there's a way bro. If you want to make it a hardtail you can buy struts for it and remove the shocks to give it that lowered look. I've seen where they chop the pipes and add some handlebars. Good luck and have fun
@@maestroscustomsgregorygara7624 U should really consider making one and just post pictures of your bikes and stuff. I mean, instagram is still one of the leading social media platforms and it would definetly help to get your name out there even more. Greetings from belgium. Think about it. But tell me if u made one i'd instqntly follow. Really excited about your bikes in the future hopefully
What's up brother I build them and they sell quick. I am doing 2 bikes right now that are already sold. I'll be able to start another one in about two weeks. If your interested I can build it to your liking. Let me know. 9099081340 text me
