The Monroe shocks are 65 a set is that in including the compressor and lines with couplings? Sounds pretty cheap. I had to cut out an area under the seat mount the compressor and wire up all the lines
@@maestroscustomsgregorygara7624 no brother that's just the shocks and air lines, fittings. I'm not going to install an air compressor until I know this is worth the ride. Your system looks tight AF. Real tempting... Thanks brother for the video. It encouraged me to go ahead and do this install. BTW, I installed the shocks yesterday. Sweeeet AF.
Hello brother, on the lowest setting and still rideable, what would the seat height be? Below 25”? Also, are you able to make adjustments while riding?
Bro I have an 05 Aero and been toying with this same idea!!!! Any chance you can get me a link to what you used or a parts list, I've already built my own bags and think I can do this. Thank you for the inspiration!!!!!
hello I live in Portugal and I can't find the link to the Shock Absorbers kit for the shadow 750. can you send me the link? I wanted to try to buy to install on my bagger
Well first you need to order the air ride from eBay or Amazon. Then you order lower kit for the 750. Now you can connect the air shock to the lowering kit and existing holes. I put the pump under the seat but you have to cut out the plastic cover to fit then mount. It's a little project. What I did to make it lower was drill new holes in the frame and dropped the bike. Hope that helps
2 ways to lower. (1) buy a lowering kit from eBay for your 750 and keep the shocks but have it lowered about 11/2 inches. (2) buy a lowering strut from eBay for your 750 and remove shocks and lower about 21/2 inches and now it will be a hardtail. Both can ride comfortable
Yes it will work but if you want it really low then you need to buy the lower ring kit as well that way you don't have to drill new holes into the frame like I did. I didn't use the lowering kit but I think it would have worked the same.
