Thx fir the video. Did you have any error codes thrown for this issue like, maybe, C2777? I have a constant ABS/Brake/Advanctrac warning light and errors B1342 and C2777 but no specific error code for a bad speed sensor. Just wondering how you knew it was the speed sensor?
I have had a constant code due to the previous owner cutting and splicing all the abs sensor…… after trying to correct them all I just left it alone. Now I have an unmolested 2008 expedition with zero lights and codes
I’ve put new sensors all the way around, and then had a new code which states the computer is not reading one of the sensors. I’m not sure if mine is the wiring or the computer. I also have a caliper beginning to stick, so I will be changing that as well.
@@TheShopWorldWide Cool. Keep posting for the Expeditions. Lord knows us Ford and Expo owners get more opportunity to bust some knuckles, if you know what I mean. 🍻 Cheers!!
@@TheShopWorldWide I am working on the same truck would a bad ABS module cause a no start ? Traction control light is on the dash along with the 🔧 icon..
Is the speed sensor ABS is the same as the speed sensor in the transmission. I have a problem with my expedition 2008 and I need change the speed sensor but I confuse because I can’t find the speed sensor in it neither the differential. Thank you!
It did for a few days, and then another code has popped up, I’ve change 2/4 of the abs sensors. I’m soon to change the other 2 and hope that works, if not it’s the abs computer that has a fault and will need to be replaced.
