The dealership said this was an $800 repair. Part costs about $25 but there was a lot of labor….. so glad you put this video out.

This fix didn't work but the video was very helpful for bypassing the recline latch issue and removing the switch. Thank you!

I think you need to take the switch apart and do something to the spring that's in the button

Switch was $17 bucks on Amazon. I replaced it in 10 minutes but.. switch was not the problem. I think the motor is the problem. It moves forward and reverse at first and starts to slow and then stops. Wait a few minutes and it does the same again. The problem is finding a motor out there.
