I have a 2010 I've owned from new with around 85000km on it. I have the leather package in it and its stock but still is fun to drive even after 10 years.
@@headchef5680 I have had no issues with it except a passenger managed to kick out some cables under the foot well and caused some lights to go on. Other than that bullet proof. Maybe just check that its had a good service history as turbos don't like old oil.
That's a 2010 model bud... but speaking as a 2007 model owner with a few minor upgrades... these cars are an awesome driving experience... everything about it from a driver's point of view screams fun... except for the fwd perspective... they really should have done an awd option... and to be honest... if an updated version of this xr5 came out today with a 5 banger turbo... maybe twin it this time tho with awd... I would be the first man in line to buy it... these are mighty fine vehicles... the engine is nearly bullet proof, and the handling is off the charts... my personal has 200hp at the wheel and drives like a dream... unfortunately I will be selling it shortly due to loss of licence, so if anyone is interested let me know
David Lehfeldt Yeah to be honest mate I think he’s right. I have a 2010 and yours is exactly the same, lights and the digital reader in the dash too. Strange man, looking at it I’d say it’s a 2010 too.
David Lehfeldt Yeah I though so otherwise why would you think that hey ? But if you looked at some pictures online you’ll see what we mean. Anyway it’s all history now, I wouldn’t worry too much about it.
