How is it holding up? I'm thinking of getting this soon just want to know if it's getting lose or maybe it's getting color faded? Also how long was the actual installation process?

still like day one! took some scratches on the bottom side but held up well! installation only takes About 20 minutes!

The hardware will come with the lip if bought new. If not just 5-6 self tapping half inch screws should suffice :)

This lip is specifically for the lancer gts you would have to get the gts front bumper kit in order to use that lip

+ItsJayyCee What are u talking about?? There are only 2 types of front bumpers for the Lancers CJ: the one in the video and the Ralliart one. This VLIP obviously is for the non Ralliart so it fits ES,VRS,GST,LX.VR etc etc etc. The only requirement is to have those 2 front splitters at the front that are very easy to find on ebay.
