2009 Ford f350 6.4L Superduty PCM, No communication with scan tool troubleshooting Solution 

This is specifically communication from a scan tool to the engine control module.
Scan tool unable to connect with 2008-2010 ford Superduty 6.4L diesel PCM troubleshooting.
Check battery voltage with all modules connected and key turned On.
My pcm connector wires:
red is hot at all time
yellow is hot with key turned on
black are ground
white are Can Bus data wires
