If you are an OG to the channel, you already know ive owned another Pontiac G8 GT before. The old one was stock - this one is far from stock! I have some wild plans for this G8 but am open to ideas so leave a comment below!

Cammed/DOD delete
Full exhaust (ARH/Hooker)
CTSV Sedan Wheels
Brembo Upgrade

Absolutely love these cars, I picked up a 09 GT with 86k miles on it for 22k back in March. It's got a ton of mods done to it (6.6L forged stroker kit, TSP custom cam, SLP long tube headers, Corsa catback, Camaro 3.45 rear diff, etc) and it's making around 450whp. It's an absolute blast and is the perfect daily driver to me!

Very nice video and G8, sounds great too. I own a 2009 G8 GT. I'm not a "car person" so I don't know how to do much work to it myself. I rely on videos like this to know what to tell my mechanics to do..lol. It's been a struggle finding good mechanics. Just got a DOD delete/tune/CAI last year and went to call the guy recently for an oil change and minor work; shop is closed. Places either close down or the dudes that run them end up being unsavory people. I'm at a loss. The search is on for yet another mechanic. Proud to say I'm a member of the clean interior club. Only a little bit of rub damage on the side of my driver's seat from the previous owner. Handle material was starting to come loose from the seam, but I fixed it with some glue and the tip of a credit card. No sagging head liner, no other worn areas. I'm very gentle with it though 😉

Great video mate. Aussie here. Enjoyed seeing Americans with Australian cars. VF2 HSV LSA R8 here. Previously owned VE SSV Conmodore, VE HSV R8 and a VX Equipe Commodore. Keep up the videos!

I have a 2017 1500hp SS. And just recently got a 2011 Caprice 9C3. Thats the new project PD Blower. Next will be a G8 GXP. All motor build. Because I have all 3 types of boost already. Centri Lexus Turbo SS PD blower Caprice So next will be a G8 all motor LS7 possibly. Then a GTO. Then the ultimate will be getting my hands on a VF Maloo GTS or GTSR. Or a VF commo GTS or GTSR also. Nice cars bro.

@10:00 about, Is my fave of my G8-GT! Mostly smooth, until ya Kick-IT! Then I slap-the stick around! It sounds soo good & meaty! Oi! I love my Aussie mates! Thx! I was fantasizing about snagging a white G8 from Florida once. BUT it would just bake in the Sun, which is BAD! Gooo & Make it Happen! Thx, Cuz!

Thanks for clearing up the accent stuff, really had me there for a bit. Love the g8, sounds nasty! Currently have a V8 habit and love the bogan style, would love to do a ute conversion on a GTO. Keep up the good work!!!

You mean good fuel mileage? Really on the highway I saw maybe 1mpg less without it. If you go 75mph or less its a wash
