Thanks. Bought a pop up and had no idea exactly how the awning worked. Now we do!

I really like this video but wish you had a better close up on the top where the rod was up against the camper like the bottom was fastened to the popup.

Aside from the black loop in which the pole rests, the upper awning rod is held in by tension. I'm glad you found the video helpful otherwise!
