you could add some more cross bracing to stiffen the cage. Maybe set it up for a windshield. Expanded metal floor in the cargo rack, that way you can take extra parts when you go off roading

Hey red, serious question here, please reply. Do you still have the old axle and the other axle parts for that? Such as bearings, hangers, sprocket, brakes? If so, how much would they be to buy them off you? I’m doing a budget build and don’t have the money to buy the stuff new. Thank you.

Little bit of credasisim, you should never ground through the axle while you are welding it is bad for the bearings. Otherwise I love the channel and the builds.

I don’t know what your gonna use for a seat but I just picked up a Jegs racing bucket seat for 45$ I’m a bigger guy and it’s going on my street cart.

I have a question. I have the exact same motor on a shifter kart I'm building but the clutch won't disengage. Did you have any problems with your clutch and if so what did you do to free it? What suggestions can you give me to help with my problem.

Please, Please do your self a favor and Do Research on front end geometry and set up. Bad Toe in and Out along with Bump Steer can happen if you don't set it all up the first time. Pivot points, steering arm location, caster, Ackermann angle are all crucial to having a front suspension that works well and turns great. Here is a good description of Ackermann angle and how to set it correctly. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ackermann_steering_geometry

You need to take the head. piston. rod put a staight shaft in place of the crank and use it for a trans. Use a jack shaft so u can put them side by side like a twin engine? This is my idea i i hearby copyright it? This is leagal and binding if eanough peaple agree?
