2010 terror attacks - How Uganda has successfully foiled terror attempts 

Uganda may have successfully foiled any more terror attacks after the Kyadondo misery, but the threat lives to date.
This underscores the need for more vigilance including monitoring of porous borders which wrong elements often use to cause disorder.
This is why after 14 years of Kyadondo Rugby Club and Ethiopian Village Restaurant attacks, there are many lessons learnt.
