@@as3sxp I’m sure you could make it fit but you can get a 08-10 lower valance for a 450-550 and they are similar and would go right on.

mirrors, mirrors, MIRRORS!!!!!! 2008 and up. just wire up the running lights at very minimum super easy. other then that, good job. I like how you describe everything and everything you are doing. very descriptive. thumbs up from me

I like the small mirrors. I think it would look goofy with tow mirrors since it’s a race truck and will never tow a trailer.

I prefer the clearance plus I have a Mag-hytec trans pan which takes advantage of the air flow underneath to help cool the trans fluid.

Yeah absolutely if you need that airflow. My truck is a manual transmission so that’s not an issue for me.

They are all used OEM Harley truck parts. A friend of mine buys and parts-out superduty trucks from 05+

Did you paint over the Crome on the bumper? Have a 1999 7.3 short bed single cab! And doing 6.0 front end swap!

Looks good but don't help show anybody where do drilled new holes or anything behind the bumper. It be nice to see that for other people including me too feel more confident on doing this

I agree and wish I would have shown that better. I used the factory holes on the bumper and drilled through the plastic valance itself once it was lined up where I wanted it. So just line it up on the bumper and send a drill through. Hopefully this helps and I apologize I didn’t make it more clear.

Man I need your help What could cause vibration and dragging noise on my 6.0 at 1250 to 1500 rpm? It is a 6 speed manual I think it may be the clutch, do you agree or what you think it may be?

What kind of mileage does that rig get? I've got an 04 6.0 Regular Cab, LWB, 4WD, 5R110 and I get between 13-15 MPG empty with mixed highway/city driving. At 55 MPH though, I got 20.94 on a test I did. Towing my 30 Foot camper, I get between 9-11 MPG.

To be honest I’m not sure. It hasn’t been on the road yet since I got it. I’ll be sure to make a video about my fuel economy once it’s done.
