That wave must have been massive. At first, I thought it was just the horizon and shadow but then you see it partially breaking. I just wish the video would have continued.
And remember Tsunami is not a wave. It is actually a huge block of water. So what we are seeing here is just the surface of raised ocean running towards land. After the first impact, endless amount of water comes in for half an hour swallowing everything.
Maybe the scariest view of that killer tsunami, this video is terrifying! To see it in real life must have been the rawest displays of power, my heart goes out to everyone who suffered on that day of days.
