was your headlight still turning on though? because mine turns on for a few seconds then turns off i think it’s a relay

@@bali5504 No, when the ballast stopped working so did the light.

I had this issue just now and I changed the ballast but it won’t turn on, checked fuses and everything help? 🥲

You will have to pull fuse box and examine if it is corroded

Thank you for your comment and question. You said that the fuse is not conducting in the fuse box, however when you remove and test it works. Did you turn on the head light before testing ? If so examine the port for the fuse if there is any corrosion if not replace the fuse and test again. What about the other fuse for the head light do they work? Do not change the blast or fuse box until relays, wire, fuse are checked out

Fuse is for current passage I believe, the relay controls whether current should be sent or not. Its more likely the relay.

You have to apply a bit of force to remove, also try to observe the wire at the bottom of the fuse box because it has a little curve that seems to hold it. Just apply the appropriate force.

V36 generation shares same fuse box locations yes, but with an X model the layout and function of some fuses/relays are mixed around.

The wires that goes into the fuse box could be what is holding it down, you will have to be gentle and play with it a bit, it will come out. Look for the clips ot tabs on the box to open it. Hope this helps
