In this video I give a full in depth tour of the 2012 BMW X5 M. I take viewers on a close look through the interior and exterior of this suv while showing details, over viewing of features, and noting unique styling cues to the vehicle itself. I also show the engine and the details of it, start it up and see how it sounds under acceleration. A thorough tour/review of this suv designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.

About to get the X5 3.5i tomorrow (not the M, can't afford)... will be our first Beamer. We are excited! WAs concerned about the average reliability ratings but after I talked to 3 X5 owners who each have over 80K miles they all said they have had NO problems... I became confident.

Hey Kyle, you could be first on RU-vid if you would do an in depth tour of an X5 E70 (or any X5 for that matter) with the 3RD ROW OPTION! There is literally not a single one out there that's worth a damn. PLEASE consider doing one. I love your detailed tours and I'm in the market for one of these with the 3rd row. Maybe throw a backpack in the trunk with the seats up to show how much room is left with those seats up. Thanks man!

cant believe what im reading!!! saabkyle is a breath of fresh air im a real car enthusiast and he does the best job of showing people up to date reviews of a massive selection of cars, more than any car show on tv, everyone likes top gear but like other car review shows none of them are as in depth as much as saab kyle so keep it up man and ignore the begrudgers.... @jjchargerboy16 Well run flat tires are supposed to keep their shape in case they get punctured. On new cars the TPMS should alert you when you have a puncture and you have like a 100 mile limit to get to a service station and replace the tire.

@chicco129 On the contrary, it's faster in a straight line, but the M3 makes up for that in a turn. And actually, I think having the heavier car have more HP make it compensate for the extra weight the thing has to lug around. In my way of thinking, it's nicer to have a range that's more or less rounded out speed wise, at least, if it's meant to be sporty.

You'd be surprised at the handling of an X5 in general. I test drove a 2003 X5 with the slower 3.0 I6 and the handling was very good for a tall vehicle. It never felt tippy and it doesn't ride harsh even with the sport package. If that old X5 drove so good I can only imagine what an X5M feels like. If an X5 or a BMW in general rides harsh then it probably has shitty tires installed.
