Are both fans supposed to run at the same time? I have a 2012 traverse and only 1 fan kicks on when the ac is on and the car will begin to overheat in traffic and then once traffic starts clearing up it cools right back down to where it should be.
At what temp does the cooling fans suppose to kick on on this card? I have a 2011 traverse and connected and obd scanner and my traverse temp reached all the way to 216-218F and finally the fan kick on and dropped back to 205F. But I’m concern my fans are kicking on too late. Help me please. Thank you!
hello i have taverse 2012 its showing high temperature 1 or 2 bar up on temp gauge as there are two fan mode , the raditaer low fan is working but second high fan is not working most of the time , i even installed a new radiator fan .. any idea sir
My wife has a 2011 and it suddenly started blowing hot air. None of the fans are running. We live in Texas. It’s hot here. I checked the relays and fuses they look good. I know you can’t tell without looking at it really. But we don’t have the money to bring it to the shop so is there any way you could give me an opinion. This is the best video I’ve seen so far
As you already know there is nothing I can tell you. Fans will only run if there is a AC request or the coolant is needing to be pulled down. O'Reilly has a test kit for rent that will let you test the fans. It is free to use but requires a deposit.
