It's funny because I always thought Wilson was kind of average his first few years, but he was actually insanely good. Not many rookies have had a 100.0+ ranking their first season, along with 3,100 yards and 26 touchdowns.
This was such a good game. Even tho my team lost being there was absolutely amazing. One of the best games I've ever had the privilege of personally witnessing.
@@patrickbell5875 they're both great but I see more of seahawks down by 14 points at the half and still can make a comeback where NE are usually always in the game. I think the Patriots are better in the last drive kind of comebacks
@@reaves9 I'm not a Patriots fan so your joke falls flat. But you got one thing going: 1-2 in super bowls. Enjoy the irrelevancy. Maybe get past the 2nd round for once and you can talk. HAHAHAHAH!
@@sharqueesha6957 do it. I was at the home meeting against the niners this past season (it was a birthday present my family came up with for me), had a fantastic time there! Didn't think we'd smoke em, but I didn't miss a single awesome moment. Got an excellent view from where I was sitting, too.
Seth Kraai I went there for the week 5 game against the rams and it was awesome the fans were nice and the stadium was lit and the food was awesome loved the experience the best part was when the rams kicker missed the game winning field goal and the Seahawks won 30-29
I love how Pete punted on 4th and 3, with 3 min left in the 4th, down by 6, knowing the defense could rise to the challenge and give them another chance.
actually it was a dumb decision. he was bailed out by one of the worst coaches of all-time, josh mcdaniels, deciding to run the ball twice rather than be aggressive and put the ball in the hands of his best player and THE best player, tom brady. they had almost 500 yards of offense in this game, and most of it was passing. the game would have been over if he just threw the ball every down that drive.
I could be wrong, but wasn't this also the same week of the season where the lions and eagles played each other in that big snowstorm? Philly was the home team and the lions were the road team.
You guys really think that would've been the best option? Well, I don't know about you, but I somehow felt like that wouldn't work (yes, I'm being honest with this).
Thanks for posting these, I can't tell you how many I've watched. I hate asking, but you wouldn't have the afc divisional game of pats versus chargers do you? Ive never been able to find that one. I remember one play where brady threw a pick but then the chargers DB fumbled and posts recovered it
This game shouldn’t even have been this close...Brady only threw 2 ints but he should’ve thrown at least 5... Young Hawks just nervous...such a classic game tho
The Seahawks were forgotten for a while especially since after hasselback, Alexander, and those dudes retired or left the team. This game reignited the hawks with the new era of Russ and the dangerous LOB
@@saintrodgersdomino7384 I think I know which one: the Sunday night game where kam delivers that vicious blow on Vernon Davis. I was in Montana with family members when we watched that.
Beating the pats in the way we did was the big moment where it felt like we turned the page. Of course the team had already begun to prove themselves weeks prior, but we were so used to the feeling that beating a strong team like the almighty New England Patriots was an impossible task in the past. Beating them in such clutch fashion really injected a ton of hope and excitement into the fanbase
This was the game when I realized that the Seahawks were a lot better then I thought and that they might be just a year or two away from being good enough to go all the way to the super bowl. I started to think 🤔 Why not now? Why not here? Why not us?
About Wilson: "He should stay in the pocket! His offensive lineman Expect him to Stay in the Pocket!" Awwwwww...the memories! Hahaha! Silly Announcers!😂
Really? We must have been watching different games. The only reason Seattle won this game was poor clock management at the end by the Pats. You don't lay down and die (and punt the ball back to a team that is moving the ball well with 3 minutes left). By the way, you're welcome for TWO intentional grounding penalties by Brady... and the refs not calling a couple personal fouls that were real head scratchers for me. In the Super Bowl, it was a very even game, but the refs actually made it easier for the Hawks, for example, not calling Chancellor for a severe and obvious head shot on Edelman... among other things. They only met one other time and the Hawks won by 1 score. How is that owning anything? Or is it a case of selective memory?
The Hawks have played the Patriots three times in recent years, and the only way the Patriots can win is if the Hawks make the stupidest play call in history and hand them a free victory.
The Golden Arm you can call it whatever you like just like patriots vs Falcons major comeback Super Bowl... There's tons of videos showing how there running back didn't make it into the end zone because his knee was down before the ball crossed the plain. The Super Bowl is a big event that millions watch just like any other entertainment on tv it's rigged and staged if that patriots vs Falcons game wasn't rigged they would've reviewed that last run play and said he was down 1 yard shy of the end zone and the falcon players would've made a big deal about it but they didn't....
Almost. This was during the season of super bowl 47, known as the "harbaugh bowl" or the "blackout bowl". Really glad Baltimore won that game. Twas Ray Lewis's final season, too.
