Deiotarus no way! Discontinued! I know it’s been around a long time. I have never seen one on the roads other than mine. It was my favorite scooter. I really wish I would have kept it. I had a Honda after this one because I wanted fuel injection. But it had much less top speed. On 50mph compared to 62 on my typhoon. Enjoy yours and keep it forever!
I'm hitting 65+ easily and ride on I-93 one of the busiest in Boston. 70+ downhill one time I almost hit 75 mph but the bike starts to shake and the forks jut forward.
Lucky me,!! Im buyin the first im aware of in canada! Getting it this week end😁im gonna fit the 14 inch 50 cc typhoon wheels on it,will look great while acting as a secondarie gear kit,plus enhanced road handling!!👍
put racing exaust on your thyphoon and upgrade clutch and variator rollers and springs should go faster my 70cc thypoon tops about 55mph and has this kit polini belt ect nice bike but,
i have one of these and al i done to it it put a gear up kit onto it as it over revved at 70mph (on the clocks) and once i had the gear up kit hits 84mph (on the clocks) once i get a decent camera sorted ill upload a video
I brought a tyohoon recently dose Ur right head light come on and no left light on normal mode.Then when on passing mode the left head light comes on and righ goes off
It only tops about 60 so its not freeway legal here in Ga. You can ride secondary highways with say a 55 mph speed limit if you want. It handles the higher speeds pretty good once you get few miles under your belt.
+RodV213 i had to get a motorcycle license. but it was a " learner" permit i think? it expires every 6 mos and i cannot ride after dark or ride on freeways. .in GA to get a full license you need to bring your bike and do the test ride
@@JoesGoldenGarage not true. all it needs is min 5 braking horsepower in Florida, but you WILL GET RUNOVER! In Michigan minimum size for motorcycle is 125cc. They should restrict them by speed (60-65 mph like trucks) but they arentthat smart. I wouldn't take my 70mph scoot on the interstate no way no how. The maxi-scooters yes but anything less than an 85mph OR 250cc forgettaboutit
