2012-2014; 7 games, it was so short; but it was brilliant. With A couple of dull blowouts are thrown in. It's back now; but Seahawks; they're doing it all wrong. They have the better QB and passing game, but they insist on trying to be the 49ers run centric without the Dominant O Line; TE and FB. It's ALWAYS 3rd and long; Wilson SHOULD be passing 3/4 of all downs and the run should come as result of deep safeties and Dime fronts. They run it every 1st down for no gain; just fucking stop.
you probably dont care but if you guys are stoned like me during the covid times then you can watch pretty much all the latest series on InstaFlixxer. I've been streaming with my gf these days xD
Fun facts: 1. Since 2005, when Alex Smith was drafted by the Niners, he has the most wins of any qb in a Niner uniform, against the Seahawks, at 8 2. Kaepernick, Mullens, and Garroppolo are other Niner qb's outside of Smith, to have beaten the Seahawks. 1 win each. 3. Smith and Garroppolo are the only niner qb's to beat Seattle, in Seattle in the last 17 years.
49ers certainly didn't make it easy on themselves with poor clock management in the first half and a ton of stupid penalties. God I hated the Hawks in this era.

This was definitely a pivotal game in the Rivalry. Seattle was a good team by this point but would get stronger mentally. They had to if they wanted to compete with SF. Sea fan BTW
Smart coach. Of course people that had -7.5 wanted the safety but victory formation + the ball = 100% win. Preferable over an onside kick, scrambles, injury risk.
I can understand why Harbaugh elected to not take the safety. He didn’t want to risk injury. Better to just take the knee. I bet Seattle fans hated Gore. Lol
Never hated Gore actually, you got to respect talent. This game angers me a lot though! The hawks could have possible won this game if catches were made, ...1 win, just one WIN in the "win & lose column " and the Hawks would have won the division that year. And held homefield advantage in the playoffs. The 2012 seeding would have been reversed, most likely leaving San Fran to go to The red$kins in the wildcard. And then play Atlanta. While Seattle would have had the fail Mary rematch, but under a way better performing Russ than earlier in the year. 2012 was a great season! One of the best I've ever seen tbh at least in my opinion
