i got a replacement ordered (not from these guys 😢) and i followed this video and the other 20-minute video on my 2016 ats and it worked like a charm. tysm for the video, awesome stuff.

Just installed it in my 2013. Thank you, t's like I have a new car again. For those attempting this, I think what he did in the video to make things look smooth was that he took rhe metal clips out and put it back together without the clips before he filmed it. So just be aware that it is going to require more force to get the top piece and the lower piece out than he is using in the video. I also found it also helped to pull on the rear of the black cup holder and release it before removing the lower piece.

I've successfully completed the CUE screen replacement on my ATS with the genuine CUEscreens part. Excellent results! But I would add that the removal of the unit from the dash, and especially the re-installation, is MUCH easier if you remove the plastic cupholder module from the center console. It allows for a lot more room to work. It takes a little bit of force to wrangle the cupholder out with the included plastic trim tools, but entirely worth the extra couple of minutes.

I installed this unit 2 years ago. Still works great. Highly recommended. Wish I did the car play upgrade but otherwise very happy with the quality. Everything matches perfect.

I just received my Cue module screen today and successfully installed it. The two installation videos were absolutely perfect! It’s great having my Cue module infotainment system working again. I had problems with removing one of the electrical plug ins…..it did not remove as instructed however other than that everything matched up exactly. The screen has GM endorsing and I cannot tell the difference between it and the OEM unit. I’m extremely thrilled with this purchase as everything works perfectly and it appears as OEM! On a side note I took my car into the dealer last month relative to this issue and they indicated two prices for replacement of the Cue screen, one with an OEM screen and the second with an after market screen ($1,000 & $600) respectively. I replaced this unit myself for approximately $175 (Canadian) Peter

Another successful replacement of the CUE screen in my 2014 ATS with a purchase from CUEscreens. Video made the changeover pretty straightforward.

Awesome, removal/replacement was quick and easy, works great. Cuescreens gets a 10 thumbs up from me. The dealer want about $1100.00 to "diagnosis" and most "likely have to replace the unit" Total cost to me to DYI was $189.00 and about an hour 1/2 of my time.

Just a warning to others. The plastic clips that hold the trim pieces in are the cheapest most fragile chinesium. I broke all of them doing exactly what was in the video. All of them

This was real simple. Except maybe putting it in gear while working out the cup holders

7mm bolt? That tool was not included in the box. Guess that’s why you didn’t show you actually using it?

Do you have any tips on how to remove the USB plug safely? In this video you’re removing it on a table but inside the car space is tight and I can’t position my hand or tool underneath the clips.

I dont know how the control panel works but my partner wants to refinish it because its a little cracked and peeling. He plans to buy a replacement, and eventually a screen (the screen has no issues atm) but I'm wondering if refinishing something like that would actually be a good idea? Im afraid 😐

Got a 2013 Cadillac ATS 2.0T with 6 speed manual transmission it's different to remove the cue system from the car

Bro, does anyone knows how to fix CUE issue? My problem is a little different from others. A warning message block the screen "Taking ur eyes off the road too long or too often while using this system could cause a crash, resulting in injury or death to you or others. Focus attention on driving" I have already changed a brand new screen but this message is still there. I cannot see any icon.

Went from in the car at 1:33 to no mention out of the car at 1:34. How did that happen? Obviously not 5 Minutes for novice about cue systems.
