You both share a passion for cooking and nurturing. That's so important! People these days, especially young people have become so self centered, they have forgotten the importance of sharing meals with the family at the table. I come from a huge family that has never forgotten the traditions of family and home. We don't have a "kids" table. The children, even the tiniest babies, are all welcome tojoin the adults. We set up tables, end to end, at holidays and any family gathering and share great food, good conversation and enjoy each others company. The little ones learn by example. My grandparents, now passed away, instilled the importance of family values in us. We, in turn, instill them in our young ones!
