Great video. Just wanted to say i love seeing good stuff. Very helpful. I do all mine live so it can be crazy haha. It does allow people to see the mess we deal with. 👏🏼 🙏
Great video! If everyone made a clear, simple instructional video like this, for everything, we would all be better off! Great job appreciate what you’ve done!
I wish I would have seen this video a few days ago. Our 2013 Hyundai Elantra has been taken to two separate Hyundai dealer auto shops, and also a private mechanic shop for not being able to start up. Randomly would work like a charm. Anytime we took it in, the dealers and the private mechanic both said the car is fine and that they weren't able to duplicate the issue. We drove the car home just fine...only to have it not start up a few days later. Finally, my wife was tired of nothing fixing it, and we spent over $600 for a new starter based off the mechanic's recommendation that it is most likely the issue. Well, that didn't fix it also, and of course we can't get the money back. I watched this video a few minutes ago, I swapped out the cooling fan relay and the damn car is working just fine so far. It has started up multiple times with zero issues. Sucks. I could have spent anywhere from $5 - $28 it looks like for a new starter relay.
Yo I’m thinking I have this exact same issue with my car. Called a mechanic and they told me it’s over $500 to replace if it’s a starter issue. What do you recommend? Where can I purchase a new starter?
I tow a 2013 Elantra behind a class A motorhome. I disconnect the battery but are there any fuses I should pull. FYI, I enjoy and learn from your video.
That was pretty informative, thank you! Can you do a video on what each wire in the big plug on the fuse box under the hood is for or where I can find a wire diagram of that plug
Hello!! Do you mind talking about the blinker fuse? Im trying to fix mine and im not exactly sure where it is within that box. I know its on the same place than the one in this video . Thank you!
I have a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GS coupe, I am on my second alternator in a week and a half and the battery is testing good the solenoid is good starter seems OK when I turn the key it clicks and says my battery is dead again. Something is draining the battery could it be a bad cell?
You say the starter fuse will only gets energized if the ignition is in start mode only does this mean my test light will not light up if I touch it on either side ?
