I think I paid $15 for this at my local ReStore. For that price, it was a no-brainer.
It is in the White finish and has the non-glass light cover installed and obviously no bulb installed. The purchase included the original "Aire Control" remote. This particular one was manufactured in July of 2013 and the model is "AC-544F518H(F518)" according to the label.
I like the Concept series and Minka Aire ceiling fans in general. They are one of my favorite showroom brands on the market nowadays. This fan feels well-built and performs nicely for a hugger. The latching blade design is also a cool touch. I did not replace the capacitor in this fan.
I definitely recommend the Concept or Concept II of any size if you want contemporary fans for your house that are decent in performance and look nice.
