I cant stop watching this video that truck looks incredible. I went with the Zone 4.5 inch lift and got exactly 5 inches in the front and rear. With that came the 2.5inch rake. Tomorrow getting the 4inch block removed and a 3in installed in the rear to make a smalled rake. Now for new wheels and some 305 55 20 Duratracs! Going to make my truck look incredible like this one.

2010hondacbr1000rr I was looking at the zone 4.5” too and saw the front sticks out 1.5” more than the back so you need wheel spacers n back which I don’t like

I currently have the 2.5 inch leveling kit installed on my 2015 Silverado. I was curious about the rear lift block size with the 5 inch lift kit. I do like to still have a little bit of a rake with my truck seeing as I use my truck for work daily and tend to haul fire wood/wood splitter/trailers/etc. Any information will help! Thanks!

This particular truck has 295/55-20 with 20x9 wheels with 5" backspacing and the 2" rear wheel spacers.

As long as you run a -44 offset then you will be fine

When going with the 5 inch lift preferably on Gm trucks is there a minimum size with tires like 33 or that would that be the recommend size ?

Probably 33 with no rubbing buy you can fit 35s on smaller lifts than that but they are pretty much always gonna rub with how gm designed the wheel well. Be prepared for trimming.

Nick McMillan half to have at least 18 it’s on RC website on the page of the product at the bottom of page. Iv read you need 2 inch spacers for the rear for tires to be even gonna try to install today or tomorrow

Pat Rick any update on if factory will fit? I’m not running factory rims but will be running 17x9 -12 offset. Everything I’ve seen says they’ll fit but just trying to clarify

Rough Country, I just brought this from an authorized reseller. Custom Offsets website says a 295/60R20 will fit this lift with a Moto Metal 20x9 18 Is that true or not? btw I have a 2011 Silverado LT RWD

Yes you can run that size tire and wheel with 5"-5.5" backspacing on the wheels. Below is a chart of recommended tire and wheel sizes with backspacing and offset for the wheels. www.roughcountry.com/gm-suspension-lift-kit-2234c.html#custom2

question... could I get the 2" spindle lift, coupled with a 2" level kit, and then get a 4" block for the rear? would that be an issue?

We can offer a 2" spacer for the front and the 4" blocks for the rear but we don't offer a 2" spindle for this make and model. It is not recommended to install the leveling kit with any of our previous lifts as it could cause driveline, alignment, and cv axle issue.

This kit is designed to lift and level and the ride height measurement on the that one from center of the wheel to the fender should be 25.5"

If I buy the 5” bracket kit and put the same wheels and tires as in this video; would I be able to avoid using spacers in the rear? I know if I go with the knuckle kit - the front track width is extended and I want to avoid having that funny stance

Yes. The bracket you do not have to run the wheel spacers in the rear because the brackets do not widen the stance on the front like the knuckles do.

You would want to run a 6" or 7" depending on how wide the wheel is you would want to make sure you run a -44 to -38 MM offset as well.

rough country I got a 5 inch lift on my 2017 Z71 silverado 4x4. I got 33x12.5x18 I want to run them on my factory 18s will I need any sort of spacers ? will it rub? and where will it rub? and can I run that temporarily before getting front spacers ?

Do you have the knuckle kit or bracket kit? If you have the bracket kit you can run stock wheels. If you have the knuckle kit you will have to run an offset wheel and rear wheel spacers on the back to even the track width.

Rough Country I have a knuckle kit (stamped steel) . I don't have offset wheels. I was told I could run my factory 18 " wheels and 33x12.5 tires with a 1/4 " spacer for the front right?? so it doesn't rub on the UCAs at full crank ?? I need info on my factory 18s with knuckle kit.

Rough Country basically I bought the 5 inch knuckle . and bought 33x12.5 I want to put them on my factory 18s. I don't have money for rims right now, so that's all I got. I wanted to know where is it going to rub without front spacers and how much . because I got an appointment already to lift but ain't got the spacers. till next check man. I need your help on this issue. should I postpone? or can I run it temporarily . does slightly rub or heavily?

With the knuckle kit you need the aftermarket 18 or 20 offset wheels for that vehicle to prevent rubbing of the wheel to the knuckle. It is required for clearance purposes to run the aftermarket wheels on this knuckle kit for those reasons.

read mypost The 5" kit is designed with 33" tires in mind, if you want to fit the 35's without any rubbing issues, you would need to look at either our 7" or 7.5" kit. read mypost Yeah you should be fine. 33's fit on these trucks stock but they rub. You'll more than likely rub but you'll be able to fit 35's

35x12.50 will be too big for this kit. It is recommended to run a 295/55-20 with this particular lift.

Rough Country that's bull, I've seen first hand guys running 35s with just a 3 inch kit. A 5 will deff clear them, maybe with some minor rubbing

J West Depends on the offset of the wheel. I have this lift and rub slightly with my 295/60r20 tires. I have a -25 offset though. 35s will fit with stock or similar offset wheels though.

anyone on here actually purchased and had this installed on their truck? I did on my 2016 Silverado 1500 LTZ and i already had to replace my upper and lower ball joints on both sides once in October with only 8,000 miles on it lift. We are in March and I have to potentially get them changed again soon and i have under 13,000 miles on the truck.

What is your front end right height? From center of the wheel to the fender? Do you have any additional lift on the truck?

I'm not 100% sure on the ride height, but it was installed by an authorized dealer/Installer. And no additional lift on the truck.
