I had a 2017 E-300 (4-cyl petrol engine) and it was a disaster. The engine threw a rod with less than 55,000 miles on the odometer. The dealership changed the oil and every 5,000 miles. In 2018 Mercedes updated the engine to correct the piston failure (common issue on 2013-2017 4-cyl engines M274.920 A Turbo).
