I love this 2014 Dallas Cowboys team. Honestly they really were a super bowl caliber team. The prime of Demarco Murrays and his 2000 yard season, behind that young dominate offensive line. Romo and dez in the tail end peak of their professional football careers. They had dominated the defending super bowl champ Seahawks weeks prior to this game. Something special about the 2014 Dallas Cowboys, it was weird, after that divisional playoff game against the packers, after that loss you could just feel like that was the best and closest it was going to get for the Romo era. Knew it was going to be extremely difficult for them to get that far again or to the promise land.. sad sad sad being a Dallas Cowboys fan. I’m 32 years old now and I’ve been a Dallas Cowboys fan since I could remember, fell in love with them in the mid 90s, with my dude Deion Sanders, aikman, irvin, and smith. They were my heroes man, especially primetime Deion Sanders I’ve always admired his unbelievable athletic ability and with the swagger he delivered it in. Raw genuine talent, a true entertainer.
I was in 7th grade to witness this Amazing Season. First time Loving football. And cried when the Cowboys lost to Packers to the Dez catch. As of right now I feel confident with this new Cowboys Team 21. Might be the beginning still . But Dak as the leader of the offense and Defense looks amazing. Hopefully Cowboys can get their 6th ring this season. This is a time capsule comment. We will witness an amazing Cowboys season
Too bad they shit the bed when it counted. That's the legacy of the Cowboys since Jummy Johnson left. If you can't win in the playoffs, you're not really any good.
Tony Siragusa, sideline reporter in this video (nicknamed the goose), died June 22 2022 in his sleep. He was 55. That's so sad. I had thought he was a good reporter as it's interesting to see someone on screen that had played in the NFL for years, 12 years in his case. Too young to die!
56:18. Dude has supernatural instincts. I miss watching him play. This offense was so good. Its really a shame that Dallas didn't invest more into their offensive line until Romo was late in his career. His ability to read defenses and the blitz with the offensive line's execution was a great combination and you see it multiple times this game.
I was at this game sitting in the Rams Club seating, great seats, great view of the field. I got a picture with the Rams cheerleaders. At 2:02:49 a Cowboys fan jump out of his seat into the row in front of him. Ran to a Rams fan who was sitting five seats down and yelled "How you fucking like that asshole? Wooo."
Fun game fun teams up front: 2014 Cowboys had the best Offensive Line; and the Rams' Front 4 had: Chris Long, William Hayes, Michael Brockers Robert Quinn, Aaron Donald, pro bowl rookie. The Rams DL in 2013-2014 was Among only the 60 sack 2013 Panthers (what a fun team) 2014 Ravens (also Kubiak's lone season and Flacco's best season), 2014 Bills (Jim Schwartz effect). 2014 Rams DL had an off year only 40 sacks but still pressured QBs, just watch them give the best OL a fight in this game.
The 04-09 Giants D line coach Mike Waufle went and coached this Rams Dline these years. That guy is NEVER given any attention and credit. Retired in 2017; he is already missed by DLine nerds like me. He won the 2007 Superbowl; that's his dogs sacking and hitting Brady all game long like we've rarely ever seen before or since.
Demarco Murray could not stay on his feet. All his yards that year came directly from the great play of the OL. God, Zeke would of racked up well over 2000 yards that season. MAN!!!!!
Great Comeback by ROMO & the boys ! We were getting our ass kicked 21-0 and Tony was joe cool😎, lead us back and got they W....These are the games the Haters wana 4 get when they clown ROMO...This was my fav comeback win for Tony down 21-0 , not bad for a dude who looks like he should be stocking shelves in Walmart not playing Qb for AMERICA'S TEAM my Cowboys😂😁
@@pretorious700 Your rite regular season games don't matter ......🤔 If you suck in the regular season how are you suppose to make the playoffs🤷? Guess I'll ask Browns Jets Lions fans that question the next time i meet 1.
if only Romo had a defense .....we all talk about how BAD dallas defense was in 2019....but when you have a QB like Romo wed be saying the 2019 defense was a great defense
Stop it. Romo's 2007 team STILL holds the record for the most Probowlers on one team with 13!!! You morons always bloviating about what Romo didn't have. Meanwhile, he was able to sit the bench for three seasons under HOF coaching before inheriting a playoff bound team. A lesser team under that crackhead Quincy Carter went to the playoffs in 2005. That 2006 team was light years better and Romo crumbled under pressure FOH. That 2008 team was primed and ready to take off from 2007, but his stupid ass broke his pinky playing golf in Trophy Club. That team started 3-0, but didn't have a decent backup that could fill in. That defense still lead the league in sacks with 61 and tied third in takeaways. That 2009 defense was ranked 2nd so stop with the false narratives.
