Romo the best "Improvising" QB to ever play the game....And definitely a top five "2nd or 3rd" QB during his era, he should've been the league's MVP that season hands down!!!
I don't know about being the best improviser that would be Wilson. But fans in general esp Cowboys failed to appreciate Romo. 7.9 Yards Per Attempt Career; that's higher then Brady. With average to awful Defenses, he kept the Cowboys in the playoff hunt; for his whole entire career!
Definitely was robbed this season. Rodgers was just more popular. And I agree most improvising made average at best teams compete. Everytime he went down you knew the season was over for the cowboys. I remember eagles fans used to celebrate his injuries.
@@islandhopper100romo was def wayyy better than shit ass over paid dak. Maybe romo wasn’t the best was he top 5 in his area . Dude could throw the ball. And of course at his best and healthy we don’t play him. Fuck u. Jerry jones
Love romo and he was one of the best but Favre and Mahomes were definitely better off script and that’s just off the top of my head. Romo was a top 5-6 QB of the golden generation of QBs though imo and that’s a huge accomplishment
@@4lifeReagan Yep. Pure luck because Romo didn't mean to move to make the guy miss. He also didn't mean to throw a great pass to a receiver. The receiver didn't even mean to catch it. Pure luck all the way. 🙃
@The Great Mizuti I said the same thing when I watched it live! I seen him spin off and I threw my hands up and yelled TOUCHDOWN before he even threw the ball!
How was this man not a first round HoF entry? He literally carried the Cowboys for a decade and was basically the only reason they were relevant. In 2013, he had the 3rd worst defense in history and still almost made the playoffs. In 2014, an MVP candidate that was dissed by the HoF committee. Romo was the better QB in most stats. Rodgers had a nearly invisible interception percentage. Rogers won in a landslide, but it was really closer than that.
Stupid media narrative. It still pisses me off to no end how disrespected this dude is even to this day and how he never got a shot to play with that 2016 team after breaking his back for us for years behind shitty o lines
He is a HOF player but the media and fans won't let him. Hell he should have won MVP and he didnt. The dude is mad disrespected. It's sad and it pissed me off to no end
Anthony Campos I’m a Cowboys fan who doesn’t live anywhere near Texas so I also don’t understand the importance of the rivalry. I guess people from Dallas and Houston really don’t like each other 😀.
Phiology Dallas Cowboys 31 Houston 27 Regular season score!!! Preseason doesn't count!!! Texas 4 life 😎 but I'm Dallas always I'm Houston for the AFC but no way Houston stops our Offence and our Defense is Supreme!!!! #DC4L
That grounding call at 1:44:38 was only ever called on Tony Romo. Other QB's throw it away similarly, many times do it while clearly in trouble, and in the pocket, but they only ever called it against Romo. This was a delayed call, to make it worse.
i think of that intentional grounding call on Romo in the playoffs against the giants. What a load of horse shit...if a QB is not under pressure its NOT intentional grounding
We wasted Romo's career. And it pisses me off to no end. The man deserved so much better. And we would have gotten a SB with him if Jerry had just built better teams. Add the amount of disrespect he took. Smh
Emory Marshall I actually posted and removed that one awhile back. It’s getting blocked due to some kind of music violation. I’ll go back and re-edit eventually.
The quality looks like it cleared up so we're all good. I'm looking for comments. Would you all rather quarter by quarter videos or entire games in one shot?
BTW, our fans were HORRIBLE at home this day. Never should the lowly Texans fans be so loud in our stadium. Our local fans sucked this day. I am not sure which game was worse with fan attendance the first game vs SF or this one? The Cowboys better LOVE their National fans because you would be shocked just how many Cowboys fans come to this stadium that do not even live in Texas.
In 2014 vs packers romo played a perfect game but Demarco Murray fumbled and the no catch call screwed them. But y’all love pretending one position defines the game.
Yet, since the Texans entered the NFL, they have won more playoff games than the Cowboys. Why do arrogant Cowboys fans live in the past out of context?
