Come on Suzuki stop putting this Same crap 1.3l multijet in all your cars. This Vehicle definitely need a new engine anything with 135/150bhp, 25kgm@1500rpm Torque..... This engine will be quite sluggish under load. Definitely destroy the cars worth. The back side looks is awesome, somewhat that of City..but the mileage is really impressive of 20 kmph!

Mam out of topic question.....why does most of the reviewers always say positive about the cars for example build quality of caiz most of them said its top notch😕 but i am using my caiz build quality 30/100 its do disappointing that no one is exposing maruti quality and we fall for them because of you guys...

looks Good. But I don't know how they squeeze so good millage even though engine is same in Ertiga. 20 KMPL on petrol means u will get millage of Wagon R in this car. Also Maruti needs to load all variant like mac wheels, rear Ac vent and music system with steering control as std.

I would like electric seat adjustment and cruise control too for 10L on road.

this is going to eat lot of sales from City.. look at the rear seat space.. that's Humongous ! people who can't handle space age looks of city.. will dig it

just wished if they would have kept looks head lights front look, indicator leds,and tail light same as it was shown in Auto Expo 2014, it would have been hot piece of cake, but now they messed it up, same old boring looks decade old, with same old engine....

I wanted to know about Maruti Ciaz 1.4L Petrol Engine.....Is it good to buy or not.....i have seen many reviews of customers about the lack of power while overtaking on highways.....so it good to buy......and will it be suitable car to run with CNG kit and power.

where is cruise control, automatic headlamps, rain sensing wipers, Sunroof ? ......although we don't really use all these, but i feel it is necessary in this segment for a car. Even SX4 was initially a successful car, but later lost its position in a very short period. if it has a price advantage then let's see

Front looks like that old Baleno, its boring. Engine is underpowered with just 90 bhp. Both petrol and diesel are noisy motors on this. Doesnot look it will be a hit.

Both the variants are impressive... It scored well in Every way.. expect the power...i believe it will be a big success for maruti after swift dezire

Vow finally Maruti cud get the car with classy Dash and good Sleek Dynamics. Looks having a Character of Class leading in the Segment. Ample Legroom, Good Mileage and Drive Quality will lead the Segment. Infotainment sound fantastic. Finally feature packed.

People who are into Honda badge and brand value will still buy the City. Though this looks like a promising car, part of the problem is Maruti's badge value as a small car manufacturer. That's why Baleno and SX4 despite being great cars with good engines (read petrol) were not successful. As far as diesel is concerned, I guess someone with bit of sense will buy neither of the two. Honda's NVH is too high and 1.3litre in a sedan this big feels too low. In that the Vento/Rapid still tops the chart with VW/Skoda badge value and awesome built quality, even if low on gismos.

ciaz has a major problem with the headlights....its a dangerous vehicle to drive at night in the highways....i bought it but regretting now...u cant drive it at night...its headlamps are very poor

Touch screen have issues. slow , and some times light is auto off and auto on .

city is the best car...as power plus mileage...no comparison with ciaz

Engine is underpowered ,, I have felt that under power already in ERTIGA and the same is carried here !! Maruti you need to Cook your own engine its time,, why still borrow from FIAT...

what ! 20 kmph for petrol! I though city is way ahead in game with 17 kmph in petrol. although mine never went beyond 10.3 kmph with smooth driving

The shock absorbing abilities of this vehicle is below par. Get a friend to go over a speed breaker with you in the second row of seats. You may decide not to buy the vehicle and you will thank me.

fefinitely looks good ,pricing has to besee n but the interiores will never bore you,mileage though all suzuki versions give better mileage than honda cars.

My first car was a 3-cyl. Maruti 800cc made in India and was nothing like that spacious sedan :D It was only 10 years ago and cars are so freaking big now. It's good though.

Mileage is everything in India. Personally speaking Honda city looks are killed by it's tyre size and Ciaz is not that beautiful in looks as Verna. So according me Verna still rulez.

Now its 8 years old Maruti should bring new generation now

i think this will become more popular than city and even will eat sales of their own dzire and ertiga

Features are impressive, but looks underpowered. Maruti should have continue with SX4 engine or Turbo charged it.

Best product from Maruthi so far. Much better ROI compared to Verna and City as they pass cost to customers for not having 100% localised manufacturing. Only drawback is power which is only adequate and not like City or Verna. Rapid has best power in this segment and therefore you have to choose an all rounder and not a car which is specifically good in one aspect.

No doubts about the performance etc ... but the looks could have been better....

Looks like Ciaz is inspired from Vauxhall Insignia. Though it is boring plain design, people are gonna buy it just because it is Maruti Suzuki.

As u said if it really delivers "20Km/l" for the petrol variant then it will be big hit in India based only on that fact, forget the blings and the features it comes with. They should have made its rear end a quite different in shape because at a first glance it does look like a Honda City. Looks like we now do have an option for the ever popular Honda city. Cheers ....
