2014 Tony Awards Show Clip: If/Then 

Idena Menzel is so charming. Talented, too. Wonder if she'd be able to do a revival of "Funny Girl"? She deserves better, but until better comes along that wouldn't be a bad idea. She has the voice and presence to pull it off.

I still am flabergasted that I didn't know about this show while it was on Broadway and go see it.

I still will never forget my experience seeing this show in NY. Sure it was second night of previews and we had an actor forget their line a prop screw up a whole scene, but it was the best thing I could ever experience. The show holds a special place in my heart.

So glad Adele Dezeem found some work!

Should of gone to a different theatre. Now it’s the most expensive show, Hamilton

I saw this show twice on Broadway and loved it. But I hate this promo video, very much. It’s so hard to watch. The people who put this promo together did a crap job. If I didn’t know better, I’d think this video was from the late 90’s or early 2000’s lol. Overall the marketing was horrible! If they had done a better job I think the show could have run beyond Idina’s contract.

Locking back, this musical is really not a story musical. More of the idea that "Hey! What if we see what happens in two different timelines?". Don't get me wrong. I love this musical. But the problem with the musical is that the story doesn't exist. It's just seeing what happens to Elizabeth. If you look at the end alone, it doesn't wrap up her story. It just stops. We can't tell if she learned something because we never go back to at the beginning of the musical, when she's looking back on what could've been. This musical probably would've been more popular and could've gotten more nominations if it was more about Elizabeth starting her new life and she has to face her choices in life, instead of just showing two different paths she could take.
