People need too understand how different the old and new beetles are. This car was a uni-body. You can’t just unbolt the body like the old ones. Simply amazing build.
This Bug Is the legit definition of a pre runner daily. There's nothing you can do to it to make it better. Having deep pockets can get you some really nice things.
Damn this build is beautiful and I love how he used the newer body to be different. An amazing build for sure. People that dislike the video, must be mad cause he said it could be for sale. You cannot hate on this build!
Eddie, nice build! As far as the 4 seater configuration, I've got it in my A-arm old school bug. However yours has sooo much more room. And that's even taking into consideration that I moved my firewall way back for rear seat legroom. I'm not a duner, more of a desert guy, so I doubt I'll see you out there, but you and your daughter have fun driving that sweet machine!
Nice job with the build. I was always curious to see a new-bug baja build and this makes me want one. I can see a few things I'd do a little different but that's just because I'd only use it as a daily driver, but this is beautiful.
I can't even imagine paying 7 or 8 thousand dollars for a Baja designs LEP/laser light bar. 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 If I was racing Baja 1000 I'd definitely find the money because the advantage they offer hauling ass off-road at night with dust is insane.
It would be sick to run a rear mounted vr6, I just love how they sound. I'm sure a charged ls2 has more power, with a sequential.... I'm sure he did a better job than I would have.
I would drive this before any Ferrari, Lamborghini, or other super car. This seats 4, probably gets more looks, and is at least as fun to drive - but literally goes ANYWHERE!
Y'all need to have the actual builders talk about the trucks rather than owners. More times than not the owner doesn't know much about the rig other than the build cost
