What kind of oil is recommended? I looked online, and I couldn't find a Yamaha recommended one.

Do you have a part number for the crush washer used? Can I use any 17 mm crush washer I find?

I have a question about my crf 150rb it takes about 10-15 kicks to get started and when I started it it won’t hold idle unless choked and it pops really bad do I need to get my valves adjusted?

Yes, I would absolutely say valves first. Sounds like a low compression issue which tight valves will cause.
