Probably the best all-around car in the world right now, in my opinion. And I mean "all-around." Sure, a Veyron or 458 or whatever might be better at specific things... But a Family sedan that 0-60's under 4 seconds, tops out well over 200mph, seats at least 4 adults, has a MASSIVE boot, AND gets darn near 30 mph hwy? It's a rolling engineering miracle. Nothing less.
I am seriously considering this car. Has more power than the M6, less common and cheaper to boot with Quattro and fast 0-60, I am starting to feel the itch to get this beast
Just purchased my 2016 RS7 yesterday; Seapang Blue; I am totally in love with it. This replaced my Audi TTRS; the differences are immense. Steve thanks for the review, your entertaining analysis set me back a bit financially, but man it is crazy to be up there with the big boys in performance cars. Keep it up!
+P Neate Congratulations on your amazing new ride!!! I hope you enjoy many years and thousands of miles of driving pleasure with it... Sorry about the hole in your wallet... But hey...it's "only money" and money well spent! Safe travels..:) Steve
Steve is such a sharply dressed man, makes other american car reviewers look less. Nice car review Steve wish I had the money to even walk into that Audi dealership.
I can't afford half the vehicles these guys are reviewing but this guy has a very thorough and comical way of presenting his reviews so I'm watching them all. Thanks for the free laughs and technical education an the various cars.
if audi ever brings an RS6 sedan to this side of the world it would be a better buy than this, more likely cheaper, close to as powerful and way more convenient, more head room for back passengers and more likely a big trunk too. Don't get me wrong, i love the RS7 & i also love the RS6 estate, but a RS6 sedan would definitely take the win for me.
It's "Michael Douglas" driving his fancy luxury car like in "The Game 1997" and 007 "Tomorrow Never Dies 1997" but "The Transporter 2002" went from Bmw to Audi. Great vid!
Steve you absolutely killed this review you sold me on this car with your personable attitude and great sense of humor. Great job you have made Audi proud and I am sure lots of Mula!!!
This is my dream car. I 're recently sold my 2000 Dodge Viper and bought an Audi A4 as a back up family sedan. I wanted the S4 but I must have a light colored interior which Audi doesn't offer in any sport model. I love our A4 but am waiting for the day Audi wises up and offers their Sport series with either a light gray or tan interior. Hurry up Audi, it will be a great option to offer.
I want to tell you that you made really great videos abouts cars! I'm a real passionate and I can recognize a real car's passionate when I see one! You're really one of the greatest test driver I ever see on RU-vid and you manage to bring a classy touch to all of your videos that the others haven't! So please I'm asking you to do more test drives, please!! Especially more of german sporty sedans! Thanks you and again, very good job!
I thought that the 2015 A7 looked different than the one in the video. Does it not have new headlights and rear lights, or is that just the standard A7 and not the RS7?
Another outstanding job Steve.. I just might have to step up to one the next's time around.. I love a care that you don't see everyday on the road.. Thanks..
First? Well anyway definitely the best looking mid size luxury sedan on the market, take that M5, M6, CLS 63 AMG S, XF-R, E 63 AMG S. Really though nothing competes in the looks department the M6 comes quite close but that's about it. Great video as usual Steve keep them coming. PS The video concept looks obnoxious compared to the review of the RS5 and R8.
Thanks for the awesome review! I especially loved the part at 3:17 when you detailed the operation of the sunroof. I've never seen one of those before. It must be one of the noteworthy and unique features to the RS7 that a Kia Forte wouldn't have.
You're very welcome. So many of our viewers have often asked me... "Why don't you show us how to operate a sun/moonroof Steve..?! I thought to myself: "What the heck!" It was about time someone took the challenge and documented such a momentous event!!! Glad you were able to participate in such an educational endeavor..:) Steve
I thoroughly enjoy Steve's reviews and tests. It is a cinematic experience. I would be hard-pressed to consider an R over an M, however; Is the Audi "cookie Cutter?" ..yes. More reliable, better interior, similar numbers?. Of course. I'd still choose the M. I am a biased opinion though.
Number 1 Reviewer on Cars in You Tube.. Very Suspenseful, entertaining and little bit of sarcasm presented is very thought out in all your videos. You should start making more videos :) All audi S line. BMW M line , MERCEDES AMG's and Other competitors. Just a sugestion
Michelle Patrascu Just ran across your comment... "Perfection" does tend to come to mind to a lot of people when they get behind the wheel of this magnifient machine..:) Steve
Thank you for continuing the reviews. The new RC-F from Lexus seems like it would make for a great review as well. Overall, the vehicle just fits in with this channel's appeal very well.
***** - The Audi RS7 was one of the absolute Best cars that we saw at last years NAIAS in Detroit. The level of quality and small details (oyster-shell seat detailing on the front seating areas) was second to none. The only other car that even close to this one was the new Mercedes S-class sedan :)
+srk7555 i was just curious to see how fast this car, OMG this thing is a beast on the road or on the drag strip, the only car that beat was a GTR but it was tuned, thank you for enlighting us on this beautiful beastly car, my friend...
Hi Steve I really enjoy your videos and reviews and oh man what a taste and class you have :) I was wondering Would we see you making a review of the A3 or S3 soon?
If you don't mind me asking, what kind of occupations do people typically have when they want to purchase a vehicle such as this??? I am an Informations Systems major planning to get a job as a software engineer.
Steve, I absolutely look forward to every review you do. You're fantastic in all your videos. The RS7 is a beast. One question though... Are you not wearing a seatbelt for a specific reason? You normally wear it in your other videos. Just curious really.
Someone else thought I wasn't wearing a seat belt as well... It's just that the suit covered it up and the camera angle seemed to hide it even more. The seat belt is the most important safety device in the car. I'll make sure to mention that in a future video. Thanks for asking and thanks for watching our videos..:) Steve
Surprised this demo model didn't have B&O. Still beautiful car and German engineering can't be beaten despite what some people seem to think in the comments here.
