There are concerts where the singer performs and audience enjoys. And then there are கச்சேரிs where இசை (music) itself performs in the form of a வித்வான் (exceptionally talented artist) and audience are enthralled beyond words. One won't be lying if one said that final song (just before மங்களம்) - especially - gave the darshan of நாத பிரம்மம். We're blessed to listen to incredulously young and extraordinarily talented வித்வான்s such as Shri Abhishek Raghuram, who offer audience of the present times a glimpse of the incomparable performances of the carnatic legends of the past. There's a flaw in the grahabhedam. He's sung Vasantha from Ma to *Ma in Khamas. There's Sudhha rishabham in Vasantha, which in khamas becomes Prathi Madhyamam and that doesn't exist. And beautiful Graha bheda of Huseni from Ri to *RI
Looks like I'm the only one who spotted multiple errors in the Thani. They were great individually but somehow it just didn't Blend in. Even the final korvai wasn't on the spot and they managed to get it into shape after the first round . Surprised to see no mention of the brilliant Griha bhedam with Vasantha and Huseni by anyone...
