This video gives a visual tutorial on which interior panels to remove and how to run the wires to install an amplifier and subwoofer into the trunk of a 2015+ Ford Mustang (applies to all trims). This method could be considered one of the "simpler" methods. A line out converter that mitigates bass rolloff would be better, but more expensive. Alternatively, you could tap the signal wires before the amplifier, but they are thin on the 9 and 12 speaker package and would require additional work and risk. As far as running the power wire to the fuse box terminal, I was having voltage drops when running to the screw directly on the battery, hence why I wired it to the fuse box. Although many have said it's not ideal to run the power wire to the fuse box, I have had ZERO issues since this installation. My amplifier is 1000W max (500RMS) and the subwoofer is rated to 350W RMS, so it's not pulling huge amperage. Hopefully this helps out those wanting to do the installation. It is not very difficult, you just need to be careful when removing retainer in order to not damage them. It is also tricky to feed the power wire through the grommet shown, but can be done with some effort. I didn't bother to show how to wire up the amplifier, wires to the subwoofer from the amp, or how to crimp the terminals and connection to the battery/fuse box. This can be found via numerous other sources and is very simple. There are instructions with the SNI-35 Line Out Converter that describe how to wire it. You can use wire taps or butt connectors, but I prefer solder for longevity whenever feasible.
