Thank you for making this video! I was able to replace it from the top without removing anything. I will say it was a pain for sure! Took me about an hour. My oil light was turning on at Idle and replacing the oil pressure sensor fixed the issue. Obviously, it was bad.
I need to change that shit because it's leaking oil from it. I didn't know wtf was leaking. I cleaned the shit of the area and I found it. I hope I can change it!

Im almost at that point... going to try it without one more time. Mine is pointed south east so its a bitch... maybe big fingers or forearms is my issue.
Hope you have been able to do this by now. If not you can try to get the switch jammed into a 21 mm socket and reach down from the top and try to get a view of the tip of the switch so you can line it up with the opening and screw it in. I got the switch in reaching down from the top but it was not easy. I did remove the fan thermostat off the fan shroud because my arms are not small. Don't over tighten the switch. The torque spec is 107-143 in. lbs, which is about 9-12 ft. lbs. If you don't have a torque wrench make sure you have good sealant on the threads and just screw it in about the first 4 threads and test for leaks. If it leaks tighten about 1/4 a turn until the leak stops.
I have done this and just like you have done it, I did not remove anything and it was very difficult but possible. I was wearing glove at the begining, FORGET about that, you need your hands and every milimiter of your finger to send you signals and indications of how are you going and doing. It is a blind job. And to squeze your hands around, make sure to use some type of skin lubricant on all your arm to avoid damage and better mobility through those space. The car was giving me that signal of the oil, but when I drove it through a couple of holes, it disappeared. So, after watching a video of Scotty, he said that it has a little spring on it, and with the time it fails.
