This is not a how too type but a few points of special intrest.
I found you do NOT have to take the bottom kick panel under the HVAC suitcase with the 7mm screws out. Leave it alone. It will stay attached to the suitcase the whole time you are working.
Tools I used
10mm socket and wrenchs
either a 13 or 15mm wrench for steering column bolt nut
13mm deep well
15mm deep well
T15 tool
T20 tool
flex head ratchet
prying tool search Amazon for "tool 4140"
AC service tools
extentions
universal joint
drill with bits to remove plastic welds
2 12oz cans of refrigerant
new seals for AC lines at expansion valve
sheet metal screws and driver bit (I used 1/4 head small screws) to secure heater core cover back in place.
This job is $1400-1700 labor in Most shops. With battery drill and battery ratchet I think this can easily be a 3 hour job.
